Create ways to keep in regular contact with your site visitors
If your brand’s image – and its store’s offerings – resonate with your target customers, this will help to ensure they at least occasionally come back, even amid everyday distractions.
However, you can go further than this to “capture” a customer for the longer term. It will enable you to build a longer-term relationship and effectively persuade such customers to buy from you over days, weeks, months, and even years, instead of in just one session.
